-Sitting in meetings with faculty, council members, and students in the community to discuss and develop new initiatives for the students and the school.

-I bring probably about 4 or 5 different snacks to class on most days because I'm always hungry, on any day 50% of the weight of my backpack is food, guaranteed.

-Most of my time on council is spent being a liaison between the students of our class and the faculty. I listen to any concerns that the class may have relating academics and relay these to the faculty so that these issues can be resolved. I also try and provide the class with resources that will help students succeed in every class.

-A smaller portion of my time is spent on planning and organizing events for our year that are not necessarily associated to my role as faculty representative.

-The last 10% of my time on council is spent discussing ways to make the student experience in the PharmD program the best that it can be and various ways to improve student council!
